The Frolla project is born of a two great friends' idea, Jacopo and Gianluca, a pastry chef and a social worker, who decided to make social work their life choice.
The purpose of the Frolla project is to provide "socially disadvantaged people", whose great skills are often placed in the background, a work integration path aimed to integrate into our society.
Frolla wants to represent a work opportunity and a chance for exchange in a familiar and professional atmosphere. Cooperation is, moreover, a way to raise awareness on the problem of social exclusion.
Jacopo and Gianluca have created a gourmet artisan micro cookie-factory, based on revisited recipes presented in an innovative way. The use of flours produced exclusively from the Marche region, is at the base of their preparations and their beliefs.
